Please can someone confirm if the below stated would work in Customer service module, otherwise recommend a better solution:
1. Workflow: To insert a workflow for various request types which includes statuses, insertion of comments and templates generation and request for signatures, would embedding a canvas app into the model driven CS module be the right way to go?
2. To incorporate various request types and their prices, can we use the product, price list and invoice table in the CS module?
3. To send a request to the F&O admin to process a refund, can we use the Request Type activity for this?
