Player's Points not Posting

Hello -

I have one player who's points are not posting in FST.  Is there something I should be looking for to see why he's not posting?  I have used the "Send Users" option in CRM under FST Setting but his points still are not being displayed.

    Hi Linda,

    Send Users is only used when a user did not automatically port over from CRM to FST.   Please click on reset jobs in FST settings in CRM.  This will re-run point calculation and resend data.  Then wait approximately 5-10 minutes for data to post.  If you still have problem, please send screen shot of FST error logs from CRM.

    Also, if you are only having issue with one player then please confirm that he is matched.  Go to FST Ribbon in CRM >Players > View matched players.  You can manually match player if he is not.

    I am also having trouble with data not accurately synchronizing. I run the detailed report from the Sales Metrics in CRM and the data looks fine however it is not showing up correctly in FST TV. I have done the reset jobs in FST settings in CRM and still dont see any changes to the numbers. How do I change the frequency of the data sync? I am wondering if my data is not being synced frequently enough?

    Thanks Tina, he ended up being not matched and I was able to correct it.  My team is loving FST and the interaction on the Smack Talk board and I'm loving the awesome support you and the rest of the FST team always provides.

    Linda - Thank you for the positive feedback!  I am happy to hear your team is enjoying FST.

    Ismail - I will contact you directly to resolve.  In regards to data frequency, data flows continuously.  Data should post within 5-10 minutes.
