System Administrator and Saved Query/User query

Hey Guys,

Can a user with "System Administrator" see all the user-queries and saved views (irrespective of owner of them)? User queries are created by different users and owner is user itself.

It looks like, this was working earlier but not working recently.

Please advise.

Hi partner,

Are you referring to the personal views created by users?

There is no OOB way to achieve your goal. You have to use XrmToolBox or SDK to search personal views.

1. XrmToolBox

You could use 'Personal Views Control' of XrmToolBox to manage Personal Views.

This is the download website of XrmToolBox: https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/

After unziping it, connect to your D365 organization. Open the plugins store, install the 'Personal Views Control'.

2. SDK
