Hi,
I can send email from timeline by my Office 365 mailbox.
And I have shared mailbox in O365.
Is it possible send email in timeline but from Shared mailbox?

After I did create queue and send email in timeline, I found the email will not send.
At last, I finally solve it. I have to do one more step in Dynamic 365 Sales > Advanced setting and switch to email configuration, click "mailbox"(My UI is Chinese like below)
Select the queue just created. Then click "Test and enable mailbox"(See below)
Then email send out!
