Hi,
I am facing an error an unhandled system exception when trying to enter the Sales Document list Report in Business Portal 5.1 in the sales Center, i went into the WebServices Exceptions Console and i found the below error messages:
- "There is an error in XML document (1, 571300)."
- in the inner exception message: "An ISO 4217 Currency Code must be three characters long; your value is "
After investigation in the Sales Orders tables; i found that the above error appears when the currency field in the work table SOP10100 is empty; Unfortunately if Somebody is opening the Sales entry window (select the type ORDER) in the same time that i click on the sales Document List Link without filling any data in the form, an empty row is added to sop10100 without currency witch cause the above error;
when nobody is opening the sales entry window,, the Sales Document list link is opening fine;
I tried to put restrictions on currency id in the WEB PART of the lists sales document but this didn't solved the issue; I tried to change the view of the salesTransaction in Company database,; same error;
Any hellllpppp????
