Hi,

I am new to business central. i would like to find out a few items that can help my customer service team a easier life.

Sale order
When we key in 20 line items products, is there a shortcut way to do it?
alternative, is there anyway we can have the past history of customer order already there and we just have to key in the Qty.

Minimum order $150 per invoice
is there a way we can set each invoice at $150 before we can print picking list

Customer trend
how can i see customer trend on ordering pattern (by item and by monday - sunday)

    Hi,

    For Question 1-

    1. You can choose multiple items to be added in sales line by using actions in Line subform (Select Items).

    2. You can choose to copy document to copy details from existing open or posted documents. Copy Document allows you have options to copy header or line or both from existing document.

    For question 2 -

You will have to do a custom dev to enable that functionality. Dev should be simple enough to review order before posting or printing a document to verify the amount.

Hi, for the first question, you can use the Recurring Sales Lines function.

The second requires customization. There is no standard function to do this. However, the amount can be set in Workflow, you can research it.

For the third question, you can try the following report, but the day of the week is generally not included in BC standard reports.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
    ZHU
