One of my customer cross verifying their retail sales report(without tax value) and trail balance value for sales by every month. But they facing the difference between the retail sales and Trial balance value. I'm not good at finance.  I have verified all the retail transactions value in both ax and sql are same. But Still, I don't know why the difference showing in the trial balance.

Please anyone can give an idea.

    Could you share a screenshot with an example, where you have a difference?

    Dear Crispin,

    I mentioned the  example scenario in below,

    Store Id Account name              debit     credit         Sales

    XXXX Sales Merchendise     47000     7319000 7272000

    Retail Sales by range report - without tax 7285000

    727200-7285000= -13000

    * its for per month.

    Hi,

    The difference seems to be a 'flat' amount. Can this be related to some extra fees or charges related to your retail sales?

    Can you identify the voucher of this sales transaction and share it so that we can see all of the accounts used?

    Many thanks,

    Ludwig

    Thanks for the suggestions.

    How to compare before posting statement sales transaction lines value and after posted statement sales transaction lines values?

    Any suggestion please?
