Flow in Dynamics 365 - Error - need a role with the prvReadContact privilege.

Hi,

I created a flow to get the last synchronized date (image 1) from the contact entity and then try to get records from Oracle using the last sync date. 

However, when I try to get the last sync date, i am getting the error "The user with id 9d43b1e2-4aab-ea11-a812-000d3a0c8a96 has not been assigned any roles. They need a role with the prvReadContact privilege."

I am not sure why it is happening. Please advise me on what i am missing. thank you, Siva

    originally the flow was created with a different user. the account was disabled and run with a new account. that's why I got this error.

    i tried to recreate the flow with the admin account and ran it again. it worked.

    I export all active contacts. then i searched for the user id. However, the id doesn't exist in the contact list.

    Verify which user is id/GUID  9d43b1e2-4aab-ea11-a812-000d3a0c8a96 it could be that it isn't you depending on the trigger settings of the Flow (e.g. in CRM export Users list to Excel and unhide the first 3 columns - id is in column A, or use a tool such as XRMToolBox to query systemuser )
