There is also a recording of an MR2012 Training on MVA (Microsoft Virtual Academy). It states AX, but the MR interface is the same across all the Dynamics ERP's.

The link Babu gave works for me (as does the link on that page).
To download the file you need the File Transfer ActiveX control installed which, I think, means only Internet Explorer can be used to download the file.
I have tried that link and I get the message below:
"The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
