Hi ,

CRM - on-premise.

I have a custom template uploaded against entity.

1. With the help of View, I am extracting a data in excel template and do some data edit and import back. The data which I have edited is not reflecting. No errors.

Ideally it must set the value in record.

2. I have another same approach to do in Swedish language. But in Swedish it behave's different. We have a option set value 'postive' & 'negative' which does not get properly exported in excel. What I see , is only single value in option set column. Ideally it must give me both options. The option is available in English extraction.

Could anyone help me, on two things.

- An import must set the value to record

- Swedish language must provide me option value in option set column.
