I added custom entities in the App designer, but I can't see them

Hi,

I created some custom entities (Book and Pet) and added them to the Customer Service Hub App SiteMap:

I saved and published, but when I open the App I can't see the two entities:

How it comes?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your query.

    Please verify:

    • You have selected both entities (and their components) in the App:

    • User's Security Role have at least read privileges on these 2 entities.

    Also, please look the following:

    dynamics crm - OOB Entity Not Showing in Site Map (Left Pane) - Stack Overflow
