Cannot upgrade DB after install Dynamics GP SP5

I just installed Dynamics GP 10 Service Pack 5, rebooted the server, and ran GP Utilities. However, I get a message stating that other users are currently using Microsoft Dynamics GP.  You cannot update tables while anyone is using Microsoft Dynamics GP. I've rebooted the server twice and no one is using the system. Is this just a generic message for something else? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    When user's log into GP an entry is added to the ACTIVITY table in the system database.

    Delete these rows and you'll be good to go (only delete if you're absolutely certain people are not actually in GP).

    e.g. DELETE FROM DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY
