I've been scouring the web for an answer to this problem, but have yet to uncover a solution.
I've created a contact form that includes a 'Subject' drop down menu. What I would like to do is trigger different notification sequences and different response sequences depending on which option the user selects.
A simple example - if the user selects 'Sales Enquiry' then their information should be sent / assigned to our sales team at a specific email address (sales@domain.com), but if they select 'Training Enquiry' then the notification email should be sent to our training team (training@domain.com). I'd also like to be able to send different emails to the end user depending on which option on the form they select.
Is this possible, and can anyone guide me in the right direction in regards to implementing such a process?
