Ledger entries action is not showing on the Customer list >> Customer action Business Central 16.3

in BC 16.3 , Ledger entries action is not showing on the Customer list >> Customer action, same with Vendor ledger entries & other standard actions in one company company but in another company it is showing fine
 
not sure if this is a Standard system bug or a License issue.
 
i tried with new and different profiles, removing personalization, also checked VS code, etc.. but no luck

    Hi,
     
    Using Table information check table have data - Customer Ledger Entries and Vendor Ledger Entries.
     
    If it's working on other companies, then it should work in all companies.

    Hello,
     
    try to find the Ledger Entries in other tabs like Customer.
    By default, that button is on the Customer tab.
    On the tab Actions are really only the actions that we can do with customers, but Ledger entries is a page, so it is OK if it is not in the Actions tab.

     It is not only for Ledger entry, but Filter, Search option disappeared from Item Ledger entry (when open from Item card >> Inventory) & Item. 
     
     
    Data is available in the both company.

    Do you have permissions to view the ledger entries in the company you cannot see them in? Perhaps its a permissions issue.
