Incorrect Order of Custom Sales Stages (Sales Business Process Flow)

Hello everyone,

I've recently added custom sales stages to the Business Process Flow in Dynamics 365 for Sales. The stages are set up in the following order: Qualify > Develop > Propose > Sample> Test > Close. These stages display correctly within the Opportunity stages line.

However, I'm facing an issue where, in the sales funnel and other related charts, the order of these stages does not reflect the set order. Instead, the custom stages appear after the 'Close' stage, disrupting the flow of data visualization.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? How can I rearrange the stages in the charts to reflect their proper sequence in the Business Process Flow? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

    Hi,
A business process flow can span multiple entities, are other stages not shown on the chart located on other entities?
    Based on the documentation:
If you've associated different stages of the business process flow to multiple entities, the pipeline phases shown in the chart will only be based on the stages associated with the opportunity entity.
For example, if you've associated only the qualify and develop stages with the opportunity entity, the chart displays data only for these two stages.

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it answer your question! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah

    Thank you, this worked!

I rearranged the options from the option set, and it reflected on the charts
