DocuSign Integration Issue with Dynamics 365

Hi there,
 
I'm facing an issue while integrating DocuSign with Dynamics 365 CRM. I have tried installing DocuSign and after installation when I click on DocuSign Admin then below error pops-up and I dont know what's the cause of this issue. Please suggest what seems to be the problem here.
