this is my very first approach with Dynamics world.
I have to develop a plugin to let D365 communicate with a webserver via webapi. I would need a permanent plugin test environment (both D365 online and on-premise have very limited times for my needs). How can I do?

Hi partner,
You could apply a trial instance to test.
But pay attention that this trial instance is only available for 30 days. Then you could extend the trial days in Office 365 admin center for only one time.
So there is no permanent free environment to test unless you pay for a license.
