We have special instructions that are unique to customer delivery addresses and we need them to print on certain documents (ship notes & sales orders). Based on our research, Advanced Notes are available at the customer level, but not down to the customer delivery address level. Has anyone solutioned a similar requirement?

Custom Fields: You can add custom fields to the customer delivery address entity to capture the special instructions. These fields can then be populated and displayed on the relevant documents, such as ship notes and sales orders. Custom fields can be created using the customization capabilities of D365, such as customizing forms or using Power Apps.
Document Templates: Another option is to modify the document templates for ship notes and sales orders to include the special instructions from the customer delivery address entity. This can be achieved by leveraging the document generation and customization features within D365, such as using Microsoft Word templates or Power Automate
