No option to show the stock balance for one Item by company (Balance across
all warehouses)

I need to check the availability of Item across entire the company.

Is there a report or option in business central?

    the information is right on the item card. if you want to get the whole picture, run inventory valuation report, BC then aggregate everything for you.

    As is stated below, the "Quantity on Hand" listed on the Item List and Item Card is the sum of all Warehouses (Locations).  The Stockkeeping Unit (SKU) Quantity on Hand shows the sum for a single Warehouse (Location).
     
    The Inventory Valuation report can be used if you need this information in print format.  If you want a more visual representation of the data, you could look into a Power BI report.
