Many to One Document Application

Has anyone found a non-manual way to address doing a many-to-one document application?
Specifically trying to set multiple IDs on a sales transaction such as this:

    Hi, if you want to use the standard method, please do it in Customer Ledger Entries after posting.

    Many to One Document Application
    The sysstem does not support a many to one application done through posting of sales invoices.
    You can do it in journal but not on the sales invoices.
     
    You can submit it as a product idea here:
    Then Microsoft will review it and other users can vote for your idea.
