Do we need to supply a licence to the company providing support

Wed have been told be the company that are building and then going to be supporting our Dynamics 365 in Azure, that we nee to buy them licences for them to use to enable them to support it.

I just wanted to see if this is the case do we have to buy them licences to support this?

You need to buy Dynamics 365 Online License or Office 365 E3 License

I think you need to bug Dynamics 365 Online license or Office 365 E3 license.
