Cannot Add an Address

I have added the "Address" sub-grid onto the contact form but when I hit the plus icon to add a new address nothing happens. Can someone please help me with this?

Have you tried different browsers?

Also clear all browser cache(like password & form data) and try again

No...that didn't work. I tried it on IE and Firefox. The icon is not responsive. Can someone try to recreate this and tell me if they are getting the same thing. Add the out-of-box "Address" sub-grid on a contact form and see if the "+" is allowing you to add to the list.

Hello Mferrari, Thank you for reaching out.

I have tested and tried this before and the sub-grid is not a good option for the Address record. The address record is it's own little entity that has some additional functionality in how it behaves.

The solution I used was to add the Address Relationship Contact_CustomerAddress to the Navigation on the form. From there you should be able to create new addresses for the contact. I adjusted the address form to accept some different types of addresses, and other fields.

When doing an advanced the fields Address3, Address4 etc will be added as you add more addresses to the record.
