Deferral Batch posting

Hello Everyone,
 
i have a client who is trying to post a deferral batch but it doesn't post or print or do anything after clicking on it, there is no error generating too!
 
 
the client tried to delete and recreate and we tried checklinks but with same outcome , so any ideas?

    Does the Deferral supports older dates to be entered as a start date and end date from current date?
