An error has occurred. Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support. (Error: 0x80040216)

We are getting the above message when we click on the OneNote button within an Sales Order.

The Record is Read Only, but we should still be able to see notes entered on the order. What is the fix for this?

We also get this error on records that are not read-only.

The folder that was trying to be created contained special characters. Once the special characters were removed, the error went away.
