Got a system message 6201 when user tried to print eh PO from 04.250.08 screen

user got a system message 6201: Report execution failed.error=56029. error printing report. A generic error occurred in GDI+.  After user selected the OK option, The "PO Printed" box was checked even PO was not printed. 

NOTE:  Our current version is SL 2011 SP1 and we had window security dates  last night. Not sure if it has something to do with this or not.
