UPS Worldwide is installed and used to create Tracking number for Sales Order. Process is as follows:
1.The Sales Order is entered in GP or SalesPad
2. The SO is selected in UPS Worldwide shipping
3. The Shipping information is entered in UPS Worldwide
4. The Shipment is processed in UPS Worldwide and tracking number created
5. Tracking number populates SOP10107, Tracking_Number
6. Tracking number is not visable in the Tracking Number field on the Sales Order> UserDefined field.
FedEx is currently being integrated the same way and the Tracking number is visible. I have setup custom links for FedEx and UPS in custom links.
Has anyone else encoutered this issue? We are on version GP10.
