I am looking for a way to calculate the minimum wage based on the day rather than the pay period. It there a way to do this?

Hi,
Do you mean to pay overtime for any hours worked based on a single day vs the week? For example, I worked 10 hours on Monday, but only 30 hours for the whole week. I would get 2 hours of overtime pay for Monday.

Actually I a looking for a way to calculate Minimum Wage. For example Employee works for Piece work.
Min wage would be 8 hours a day at 7.25 for 58 dollars a day.
Monday he makes 40.00
Tuesday he makes 60.00
Wednesday he makes 60.00
Thursday he makes 70.00
Friday he makes 60.00
We need to pay him an extra 18.00 dollars on Monday to make it to the minimum wage.
