Hi There
We have two approval workflows on Sales orders, the one is for credit limit approval, and the other one is for prepayment approval. The problem is that the notification that is sent out for approval both reads that approval for Sales order is required.
I see report 1320 notification overview is used for this. I know how to customise a report, but how do I assign a new customised version to a specific workflow.
In other words, I want the approval workflow for Sales credit limit to send a notification that reads Sales credit limit approval reguired, and the Sales order prepayment approval to read Sales prepayment approval is required.
It seems the workflows all used the same notfiication overview template. Am i missing something?
