I don't see any apps on a newly created Sales Trial

Hi everyone, 

I have registered for a free trial for Sales, I followed all steps below (as usual) : 

  • Browse https://trials.dynamics.com/
  • Click on Sales
  • Click sign up here
  • No continue signing up
  • Give email address and click next
  • Fill out profile details
  • Verify mobile number
  • Give domain name 
  • Create admin user and password
  • Click sign up

Then I proceed to  D365 Home and I see the message 'You don't have any apps yet' as you can see on the screenshot attached.

I should have the Sales Hub app at least right? I also tried to sign in following the link I received from Microsoft online team but it's the same. 

Does anyone know what's the problem ??

    You can enable Sales Pro Trial from here:

    dynamics.microsoft.com/.../

    Hi Wahaj,

    Thanks for your help. But I would like to sign up with my personal email and I am asked for a professional email. Do you know if there is another possibility to have a Sales Trial without providing a professional email ?

    Hi NawKe,

    Try to access the URL https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com.

    In the environment option (left side), choose your environment, click in Resources >> Dynamics 365 apps.

    After that, you can choose the solution that you want to install.

    Hi NawKe,

    Request you to browse admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/  with the admin username and password you created for the trial and under environment check for a environment of type "Trial (subscription-based)".

    If it exists select the same and click on "Open environment". If it does not please create one with "Trial (subscription-based)" and on Database settings select Use Dynamics App and below that you should be able to select the apps that you want to configure.

    Thanks for your help. I tried what you suggested but I don't have access to any core applications as you can see :

    Thanks for your help, I tried what you told me but when I created a new environment of type "Trial subscription-based" then I can't select any data base

    It says "Currently, Dynamics 365 apps can only be enabled for your region by default" which is France.

    So I created another environnement selecting United States as the default region but I have the same result...

    Hi NawKe,

    I would suggest you to start creating an another trial org from scratch. After you are done with all the steps you mentioned earlier in your posts you should reach to a screen which will ask you to click on Let's go.

    Click on Let's go and you should be able to see below screen as a pop-up.

    Fill out the details like your name of the instance Language etc. It should by default have the Create a database set to yes. Click on Next you should see below screen in pop-up.

    As you can see in the above screenshot you should get an option to select the app you want to automatically deploy. Click On Save. It should get you to the environment screen where you should be able to see a new instance in PreparingInstance state.

    Thank you so much for your time and your help ! I followed your advice but unfortunately even after starting to create a new trial (the third) from scratch I still have the same problem T o T

    The problem may be due to the region ..

    Hi Nawke, 

    I was able to create a Dynamics 365 trial subscription from trials.dynamics.com and then create a Trial (subscription-based) environment in the Power Platform admin center in the France region. Since everything has been tried, I request you to open a Service Request with Microsoft Support to further investigate and advise.
