Hi,

I would like to know if there is any CRM module in Microsoft Dynamics ERP AX and AX retail. If so what are the capabilities and cost?

    Thank you for posting your CRM question.

    There is some customer relationship management functionality in Microsoft Dynamics AX; and for more information you may want to take a look at the following TechNet article:

    As far as cost I believe that in AX 2012 you are licensed for all modules.
