Hi - I can see there is a course management capability within Dynamics 365.

What about a proper learning management where course progress can be automatically tracked etc.?

Is there such a functionality exists within Dynamics?

There ain't such functionality for automatic tracking of course as of now. The best we got is course statistics to check the course status for multiple courses for a selected interval.

Unfortunately, no, the course functionality is the only such capabilities in the system at this time.
