POS minimizes to toolbar, background screen has dissapeared, I can do a sales transaction, open or close a shift, the pop up screens appear but just not he main background screen. Any suggestions on what may have made it dissapear and how to make it show again? Thanks.

I have a fix.
If you are running Microsoft RMS, try these steps.
1. Right-click on Windows desktop and select screen resolution (ex, 1280 x 1024)
2. Press Ctrl-F6 and select Transaction Screen tab, Window button.
3. Enter 0 for Left and Top entries and your desired screen resolution for Width and Height (ex, 1280 and 990).
4. Click OK, OK.
Looks like you lost your display properties for The Transaction screen.
Press Ctrl+F6 for the display properties window>Transaction screen >windows button.
-Make sure left position and top position are set to 0(Zero)
-Set width and height to read as per your monitor display settings
If you mean the transaction part of the screen, that shows the items being rung up.
Press the ESC key on the keyboard. This happens when you load a internal html page into that area - usually by a custom button.
