Can please let me know how possible is this to happen,

I tried to make the same tool, but when I import the accounts into update account entity I get an error regarding to the account number lookup field as duplicated:

Hi Adey,

There is a statement in the blog which says you need to use the field which has unique value like Account Number. If I am not wrong, you are getting the duplicate reference error found when importing the records. If yes, this happens if you do not have unique values for that field.

"2. When mapping your fields, make sure you’re setting the look-up on your update entity to use that unique field on the record you’re updating. In this case, I’m setting the account lookup on the Account Update entity to use the Account Number as the key."

Not quite sure what you are asking. But I think you are saying you get a duplicate error. You can turn off duplicate detection on import. Go to Settings / Data management / Duplicate Detection settings. There is a checkbox for "during import". Hope that is helpful. Good luck!
