We have a client who has a user that can use CRM for a period of time (lets say 30 mins), then they can no longer access CRM. From a trace perspective they cannot reach CRM at all, however can still ping the server fine. There are 2 error messages that appear in the Event Log every time this happens (both have a Source of LSASRV and a Category of SPNEGO):

(i)The Security System could not establish a secured connection with the server XXXXX. No authentication protocol was available. This is event ID 40961

(ii)The Security System detected an attempted downgrade attack for server XXXXX. The failure code from authentication protocol Kerberos was "There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request". This is event ID 40960

Anyone seen this before and have any idea how to resolve?

Kind regards,

Alex
