MR 2012 Missing Vendor Name

Hello,

Since our upgrade to GP2013 and MR2012, we have been unable to get the Vendor Name to show up in the MR reports.  We are using the attribute "Originating Master Record Name", which is what it was set to via the FRx migration utility.  The vendor name appeared fine in FRx.  Any ideas on how we can get that back or what we many be doing incorrectly?  The vendor column shows up but there is no data in that column for any of the transactions.  I did check the print control and everything is fine there.

    Just an update - we had to manually recreate the column setup from scratch.  It is important to note that a copy and paste did NOT work - we had to type in/select the contents of the new column layout manually.  I took a screenshot of the faulty column setup and recreated it, and then vendor names started showing up correctly.
