Hi guys! I am currently collaborating in a CRM Dynamics project implementation, and have to say I'm totally lost. I mean, no idea of what Dynamics can or cannot do, how it works, etc.

Could some of you please recommend a training course

1. D365 Official Introduction Whitepaper , including the basic deployment and administration:

You should also check out the CRM Book by Power Objects, it might help you out as it has a lot of beneficial content.

Hello Jordi,

I would recommend to search by module wise like sales , service and marketing. You would definitely get some training video in youtube.

In addition below references also will help you to understand dynamics 365 technical and functional area .
