Unable to Enter Scope Details While Obtaining HMRC Sandbox Authorization Code for MTD

Dear All,

I am currently attempting to obtain the Authorization Code for the HMRC Sandbox environment within Dynamics 365 Finance. According to the Microsoft Learn documentation, I should be prompted to enter the Scope details when clicking on Get Authorization Code. However, in my case, the Scope field does not appear, preventing me from proceeding and resulting in an error.

Could you please advise if I am missing any configuration or if there might be another reason for this issue?

Hi All,

This is how I resolved the issue:

The MTD integration approach has been updated. You no longer need to establish the connection through a web application; therefore, specifying the scope is not required.

You can follow the link below to Install the add-in for Electronic invoicing microservices and integrate with HMRC without specifying the authorisation parameters within Dynamics 365 Finance.
