Mobile app is timing out after some period of inactivity

We have received a bug report from our customers on the CRM native mobile app where their mobile app is timing out after some period of inactivity. They have an on premise version of 2016 Dynamics CRM.

Do we have any option/configuration using which we can extend the login time/session?

Everytime it asks them to enter credentails again.
I already check the TokenLifetime value under ADFS which is 480 min (8 hours).
