I am using Dynamics 365 on-premise version 9.0.6.9. I would like to hide / disable Ignore And Save button on Duplicate Detection Popup Window. Is that possible?

You cannot remove the Ignore And Save button from this window. You will need to use alternate keys or write a plugin to check whether or not a record is a duplicate before creating it and throw an exception if it is a duplicate.

We could not find this page in our D365 folder so we could not edit this page.
I only found this page and it's an aspx page used for data binding.
So I suggest that you could disable the duplicate of contact and create a plug-in to do custom duplicate detected.
