Business Process flow will not load for some users

Strange problem, have 3 business process flows which show fine for 1 user and not the others.

They have the same security roles

They can select the business process flow from the list but when they choose the one they want and click ok, the page behaves like its going to load the BPF but never does.

Spent hours trying to figure this out

anyone had this before?

Hi, Yes some are in different business units but I spent a long time ensuring the teams within the business units had the correct permissions as I know that the security roles against a team also get inherited by the users.

What do you mean by scoped?

You say they have the same security roles, but are they in the same business unit? How is the BPF scoped?

Hi

No error messages, tried multiple browsers and different computers

This BPF is on an account, so there is no default one to play with

records are saved before attempting to switch BPF.

Hi 2015crm, thanks for reaching out.

Is there any error message you can capture?

Are they all using the same browser?

Does the default BPF load for the two not working?

Have they saved the record before changing the BPF?

Just need some clarification on where to start digging.
