Problems contacting Reseller

We upgraded to Dynamics GP 2016 in 2017.  We bought the GP Enhancement Plan through the reseller Kopis USA.  We have tried to contact Kopis several times and have had no response.  Have there been any enhancements on the 2016 version? Has anyone had any problems with this reseller?  Any recommendations for a new reseller?  Thank you.

    I would try contacting sales operations at 1-800-456-2525. Can you log into CustomerSource? You will find the latest service pack for GP 2016 there as well as the product download for GP 2018 R2. You could ask sales operations to send you a reseller change form as well as resellers in your area. Although, nowadays, being local is not as important as it used to be. We have been at this since DYN GP v1 and we help clients all over the world.
