Integration of uploaded purchase budget by vendor with GL budget

Hello 

Can I please ask for your advise how to integrate the uploaded purchase budget by vendor with GL budget ?

    Janna,

    When you say Purchase Budget what are you trying to update, Item Forecast? The G/L Budget is all about the Chart of Accounts.

    Dear Steve

    So I uploaded $ forecast of purchases by vendor and department, but don`t know how to make it visible (aligned) under GL budget in the income statement. For example - in 2022 we expect to purchase from vendor ABC  legal services  for total of $5,000, and also purchase from vendor XYZ also legal services for $1,000. This what I uploaded under "purchase budget"

    But we need to see this total of $6000 also under "Legal Services" GL which eventually need to consolidate both suppliers ..

    Dear Steve thank you for your response

    Yes I used G/L Budgets to upload the monthly amounts, I just wanted to connect it with purchase budget.

    But seems the connection will be during the subledger reconciliation which is absolutely makes sense .
