We're just testing the use of the 'Source campaign' field in opportunities. Here's a test group of 4 opportunities linked to a campaign, 3 of which have estimated revenues attached to them.
However the total Campaign Estimated Revenue is zero
What do I need to do to edit this view and/or ensure the total at the top sums the associated opportunities?

The Est revenue field on the campaign form has a data type as currency but the behavior is simple thats why it is not calculating the sum.
You have these options:
Create another field as est revenue and change the behavior to rollup and define a rollup condition OR
Create a power automate flow to sum up the est revenue OR
Manually fill the field value.
