I wish to create a subscription transaction for which subscription price is inclusive of taxes. How can I create this set up in AX?

I do not think that this can be achieved as there is no 'Price incl tax' Parameter available.
Why is it that you need to calculate the tax out of the subscription price and work with gross values?

Thanks for your kind response.
I am billing an annual amount for services and then accrue this amount over the period of one year. I believe this is classic annual subscription scenario. Challenge is when I sell the plan to customer I have a flat price which I charge to customer and this price is inclusive of charges.
Is there any other way to attend to this scenario?

I think the subscription scenarios is ok. If your concern is about the sales tax then please ensure that the subscription amounts are excl. tax because AX adds the tax at the time you invoice.
An alternative to what you are doing are recurring free text invoices. This might sound strange on first sight especially if you need an Integration into the project module. Yet, you can link free text invoices to a project and project category and might be able to achieve what you want in an easier way. I would suggest that you take a look at this functionality in a demo/test system.
I tried setting up the free text invoice with inclusive sales tax but did not find the configuration for same. I am using AX R3.
Can you please guide me to create the set up?
For free text invoices it is similar to projects. The amount that you enter in the free text invoice lines is always a net amount excluding sales tax.
