    Hi,

Have you made some changes to your PO and confirmed the PO again?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

This is the standard help which may be useful to review:

    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh242760.aspx

There some bugs in this area around cu1/2/3 so check hotfixes also.

    Hi @Ludwig Reinhard

    thanks for the reply

No, the PO is still in Approved State.

as we were closing the financial year, so we are changing the accounting date of the PO's, but getting this error.

    Thanks

    Regards.

Hi - we are getting this same error. I believe it is because the PO is in an approved state vs. confirmed state. If the PO is confirmed, you can edit the PO and update the accounting date. If the PO is in an approved state, then you cannot. I am going to open up a ticket with MSFT to see if this is a bug!

    Hi, John!

Could you tell me, did you receive the response from Microsoft?

    Hi,

We are currently facing this issue. Please can I ask if there are any fixes for this or if it has been raised to Microsoft?

    Thank you

    Olivia
