Reversing the sales order status "Delivered" status to "Reserved Physical"

Hi All,

I am using Ax2012 R3 CU9.  I have the scenario that, i have picked the material using Warehouse management module and packing slip also completed. Hence the inventory status is in "Deducted" stage and sales order status is "Delivered". I need to reverse the transaction and take back to inventory. 

Requesting your support on this challenge.. Awaiting for your solution.

    Go to the created packing slip there will be a cancel option, select that.

    Hi

    If you picked the sales order using the Warehouse management module, you'll only be able to reverse the packing slip if you have CU12 or later.

    If you are on CU8, you'll be able to cancel it using the method Steven mentions (I think).

    If you're on CU9 - CU11, you'll have to invoice it and raise a credit.
