In this instance you would create a workflow (real time) to pull the Area and Manager to the form) This will show once you have saved the page

I am assuming following.
The "Bank Branch" entity includes below two fields and they are populated.
1. Bank Area
2. Bank Manager
Inside a 4th entity (i.e. Account), you have "Bank Branch", "Bank Area", and "Bank Manager" fields. When you populate "Bank Branch" field, you would like other two fields to automatically populate wth the relevant values from the "Bank Branch" record.
If above assumption is correct, then you can use a real time workflow which triggers on change of "Bank Branch" field. Inside the workflow, you can populate the Account entity's "Bank Area" and "Bank Manager" fields using the values from already populated "Bank Branch" field.
If the assumption is not correct please let us know.

3.Bank Manager
when will created this three entities when we enter bank branch field remaining two fields related information will display how we can do that?

It seems like you want a single lookup to return 3 different entity values............Without code
If this is the case then it cannot be done without code
