    Hi Manila ,

Do one thing - open process, then assign the record or process to yourself, then check

I hope this will resolved your query.

We are having the same issue.
MS support ran a script on their side activating this user, all worked fine.
But a couple of weeks later, its disabled again. Re-opening the case.

    Hello,

We also face same issue with one of Dynamics 365 Online org.

Somebodies idea about plugin led us on good track, and we found that Connector Integration plugin was causing error.

After disabling plugin the error was not presented.

But we need that plugin, so after testing have found out, that setting Execution order on step from 1 to 10 resolved the problem.

Still we do not have clue why without changed anything in the system, the error appeared.

Was this issue ever corrected by Microsoft support or did you find the solution yourself? We are experiencing the same issue ourselves. It just randomly started a few days ago so we would love to hear if there is a fix or if Microsoft was able to help you!

Do you have any service account that you are using for any of the processes.

I would check if any of your plugins or processes are using INTEGRATION account instead of the System Administrator account that you are using? If they are, replace the "Execute As" account on the Plugin Steps or Processes.

    Hi Manila,

You are correct, this in inbuilt system user and you cannot modify this user. I am wondering why CRM is complaing about this user if we cannot use it anywhere. Though it is unlikely, can you check if you have any plugin/ workflow for the contact entity? If yes, try disabling them and see it it works. If it works narrow it down to the specifc plugin/ workflow.

If you still couldn't figure then it would be best to contact Microsoft Support.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Goutam,

Thank you for the information, but it seems I cannot assign INTEGRATION user to any license (please refer on the link community.dynamics.com/.../explaining-the-built-in-system-and-integration-users)

It also tells that INTEGRATION user is disabled and readonly by default, together with SYSTEM user.

    Any thoughts regarding this?

    Thank you

    Hi Ridhima and Ravi,

    I apologize.

    I overlook the list.

The user is in there and found out that it is also disabled.
