Good morning,
I am getting a email template from d365 and sending the email using flow. the email sends but defaults the user full name in the template to the template owner which is the same user who is set in the connections in power automate.
if i send template manually from an email in d365 it changes the user full name to logged in user
is this expected behaviour now were using PA?

This would work if we weren't using/calling a d365 email template, the flow has an action to get the email template ID and sends email from template using unbound action to enter in the regarding and activity parties.

You will add an action "Get user profile (v2)" to get the full name of current user (who trigger the flow).
The full name of the user is "Display Name" field.
