Convert Personal Views into System Views

I am the Administrator of our CRM. Can I promote a personal view to a system view, or do I have to rebuild the view as a system view?

    Out-of-Box, there is no way to promote a personal view to a system view. You have two options:
     
    1) Recreate the view as a system view (I would recommend doing this if you need the view to stick around long term)
    2) Share the personal view with the users or teams who need it
     
    In a pinch, I've shared a personal view with the root business unit team. Depending on your security structure, this may share it automatically with every user in the org. However, this was only done until I could recreate it as a system view as a longer-term solution.

    Unfortunately, you'll have to recreate it so that it becomes a system view or share the personal view with the users you want to see it.
